- Spacious and airy stone stables ranging from 12ft x 12ft to 20ft x 15ft, all with automatic water drinkers
- Hot horse shower (summer-time only)
- Exercise Areas
- 55m x 35m carpet fibre, flood-lit arena with mirrors and a variety of jump wings and poles
- Large grass schooling field (summer-time only)
- Cross-country school field (summer-time only, by request)
- Storage
- Areas for storage of tack, rugs, feed and bedding
- Grazing
- Over 20 acres of well maintained grazing 365 days per year (regardless of the weather) with automatic field water troughs
- Injury paddocks or diet paddocks (summer-time only) may be available according to individual requirements
