- Spacious and airy stone stables ranging from 12ft x 12ft to 20ft x 15ft, all with automatic water drinkers
- Hot horse shower
- Exercise Areas
- 55m x 35m all weather arena with lights and mirrors and a full set of BS standard plastic show jumps including a range of brightly coloured fillers, water trays etc
- Large grass schooling field (during summer months)
- Cross-country school field (during summer months)
- Storage
- Areas for storage of tack, rugs, feed and bedding
- Grazing
- Access to approximately 70 acres of grazing 365 days per year (regardless of the weather) in large grassy fields all with automatic field water troughs
- Injury paddocks or diet paddocks (summer months only) according to individual requirements
- For Horse Owners
- Client social/meeting room equipped with kettle, microwave and fridge and changing area
